Riaz oversees Finance, Chief Accountant’s department, Strategic Sourcing, Enterprise Real Estate, Treasury and Balance Sheet Management, Corporate Development, Economics and Strategy. Before assuming his current role, Riaz led two key growth businesses from 2013 to 2015 as Group Head Insurance, Credit Cards, and Enterprise Strategy.
Mohamad Fakih, CEO, President and Owner of Paramount Fine Foods
Mohamad is a multifaceted entrepreneur whose has extensive experience in fields such as Executive Management, Corporate Finance, Real Estate. Paramount Fine Foods is a major Canadian food and hospitality group providing authentic Middle Eastern foods through restaurants, Halal butcher shops and wholesale food distribution outlets in Ontario.
Rahat Godil, Partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes)
Rahat has a diverse practice that includes complex commercial litigation and arbitrations, class actions and constitutional litigation. She has acted for clients in a number of industries, including telecommunications, natural resources, mining, banking, power, financial services, and manufacturers of food, drugs and consumer products.
Nazir Valani, Partner and North American Leader for AXIS Implementation at KPMG
Nazir works with the US team to leverage the tremendous opportunities for end to end actuarial and finance transformation initiatives. He is also the National Leader of the Actuarial Practice. He is the senior actuary for Life Insurance, Pensions and Property & Casualty in Canada. He is responsible for providing actuarial services to audit and advisory clients.
