 
Muppies’ mission is to provide a platform for current and future Muslim professionals to develop leadership in their careers. We accomplish this by building a diverse, talented group of members and support their development with five core activities:
- Networking
- Career discussion
- Mentorship
- Job support
- Outreach
The core strength of Muppies lies in our members. As members join Muppies, participate in activities and join our volunteer team, our organization will grow and better address the needs of Muslim professionals, both in North America and abroad. This growth will allow Muppies to truly build a global network of professionals that will support the advancement of our members. As our network expands, we believe that Muppies will have a powerful impact on the Muslim community. For example, we foresee Muppies accomplishing the following:
- Giving members privileged insight into highly selective job opportunities
- Using our platform to guide members to becoming more informed leaders in their careers
- Creating a network that allows members to forge successful business partnerships and new entrepreneurial ventures
- Creating awareness and interest amongst Muslim students in leading professional careers
- Giving Islamic non-profit organizations and businesses in Muslim countries better access to a pool of talented Muslim managers and leaders
The collective actions of the members of Muppies will guide us to achieve our vision: building a global network of professionals that supports the advancement of Muslim leaders in public, private and non-profit sectors.
